Staffs are very friendly. Office and the rooms are small and smell of old carpet - dirty - disgusting. Dr has thick accent that its hard to understand. Not very good at explaining bout the problem.

Also, i went there for my annual checkup - but they submit their claim for sick visit and say i have a complain. I dont remember about complaining. Insurance company ended up charge me because its not considerate as annual exam - coz i have a complain.

other than that, my husband and i went together for annual exam - they said they cannot refund my copay.. and when i asked about my husband account, they said they havent received anything.

Dont go there. Their unclean place is one thing but they say something untrue...

I have been with this practice for over 10 years. The doctor is very friendly and attentive. I wouldn't dare consider any other physician.

Warm professional staff and atmosphere, they answered my questions and provided appropriate treatment. I have been a regular patient here for several years and would highly recommend Dr Gorokhov and his staff to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Michael Gorokhov is a great professional who has knowledge and experience well beyond a general practitioner. He always takes great care of my family but don't expect him to be as comforting as usual American doctors - he usually tells it like it is. His reception ladies are on and off in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. But overall this doctor deserves a great rating for his work, devotion and results.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
