Showed up for my appointment to find out they had been shut down. Not sure why, but I can tell you nobody ever followed up so I was not surprised I wasn't called and told of my appointment cancellation.

Not sure where to go now that I can afford but sure I can find a place with friendlier staff. I had plenty of assistants and the dentist himself who didn't seem to care much and an unprofessional hygienist I really didn't care to have working in my mouth as pissy as she was about my religious beliefs...Pre-made review below based on my survey answers:

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

I had an appointment here not too long ago. I showed up only to notice that the office was locked and empty. Later that day, I called their office and they had an answering service, who told me that the City of Aurora had shut them down. I'm still trying to figure out exactly why, but I know it can't be good.
