They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
