One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They were well over an hour late to my 9 am appointment and she was very curt and physically abrasive. I informed her she was hurting me during my exam and her curt response was who have you seen in the past?! Like I was being over dramatic. I have never felt so insulted by a doctor. It was a normal checkup and I felt treated like dirt. I have never written a review before but I wanted to warn others my experience was so bad!!!
