I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
