I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was easy enough to find. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Whenever my child has been sick, they usually don't get seen for at least a month. I worry that my child will need to be seen right away and won't be able to get in. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
