I have been coming here for over 10 years and am getting unhappier as the years pass. Started coming because of Dr. Platt, but he left abruptly after our last child was born several years ago and the practice did not even let me know that he would not be there when calling to confirm my appointment - I should have known at that point that it was time to change - but as one of our children has extensive medical issues, I really was not wanting to switch providers. Since that time it has been a revolving door of sorts with the doctors that have come in to the practice and the main reason we stayed was because of the nurse practitioner. At our last visit, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us (did I mention that we have been there over 10 years?) and during that time a rep came in and the receptionist was able to chit chat with her for 7 minutes but not even say hello to me to acknowledge that we were waiting!!!!
