They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
