Horrible service. Leave you waiting hours in the chair just for one little thing. Doesn't numb you enough and when they tell you to let them know if it hurts they ignore you, even though its obvious your in pain. The only time i ever had an okay experience was when i got my wisdoms pulled and even then it was a whole different doctor.The ortho part is just as bad. smh. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This place is scary. Nobody talks to you or shows you your xrays, they just up and tell you how much its going to cost. No How Are Yous or anything. RUDE.
Dentist doesnt talk to you at all. seems annoyed. Lazy assistant too busy talking to the others to pay attention to whats going on.
Procedures are incredibly painful.
I've never been scared to go to the dentist but these people were very horrifying and untrustworthy. STAY AWAY.

I did not feel that they even cleaned my teeth,yet they told me they did. They did not use the scraping method on each individual tooth like the older dentists do. They just squirted some water on my teeth and performed some light polishing. It took all of 10 minutes or less. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. I have no history of cavities but they claimed that they found 10. I think they are telling people they have dental problems when they don't and are taking their money. Basically, they know that most of the people there are either Medi-Cal patients so the government is paying or people who have low paying jobs without insurance. Western Dental and perhaps these other low-cost, low-budget dental Clinics are just exploiting people for money. I am telling everyone I know about this dentistry so that they won't be taken. The best places to go are to privately owned dentists, preferably with older dentists, the ones who went to real dentist schools and not these quick certified schools where they learn just enough book knowledge to pass the state board.
