I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Their office was nice and quiet, the weight loss waiting room is seperate. I go there for weight loss & I am very happy with the results. The Dr. even calls me directly to see how I'm doing. For someone going the very first time it does take a lot longer because you interview with the Dr. He explains everything in detail & there are other people there to see him as well. Maybe I'm more patient than most, but if I am spending the money & I appreciate that he spends the same amount of time with me that he does others.

i called because i am intrested in loosing weight however the lady that i spoke to on the phone didnt speak much english and was unable to answer my questions i feel that if i make an appt and they are charging 300.00 the visit i should know what im getting for my money. i saw this doctor on tv and thought he could be of help to me as the woman he was trying to help was about 800.00 pounds. but as a customer i would like to be informed before i pay 300.00 and then find out if might not be for me. hope they train there office staff better so that may inform the customer.girl was pleasent just un-helpful with her information and hung the phone up on me i guess she got fustratred tryng to answer my questions. she should study english and not get fustrated ..
