I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office people are very accommodating and the Physician Assistant (Amy) is my favorite person to see!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I visited this office (was a patient) And there are two Drs Oscar Hernanadez (owner) And Dr Gil. I was seeing with Dr Gil who was nice and respectable. But I went in on Monday and I had to leave a bad review with AvMed my provider I am also reporting him to the medical board, because I do not want anyone to experience what I did!! I was not having a good reaction of hypertension pills I was prescribed and I also suffer from stress/anxiety. Sunday I went to hospital for this reason, and was told to go see my primary phys to fix. So I did that no appt on Monday first thing. Only 4 people ahead of me (which quadrupled as time went by), figure I knew I had to wait a little bit tops 2 hrs I am guessing. But that little bit turns into a 4 HOUR Dr visit that when I went to the back finally I was still waiting at this time my anxiety is kicking in my bp is not too hot and all I needed was this Dr Hernandez was to see my meds to give me the right dosages and right medications!! My mom who accompanied me went to the assistant and told him that this was already ludicrous waiting so very long for something that can take him 10 min's to do so I can feel better. He apparently got upset at this action my mother took and kicked us out of his office with NO treatment YELLING at us to get out of his office and to never return. I was dumbfounded and NEVER seen someone so ill professional so inconsiderate and has no ethics what so ever!! He also yells that he's not going to refund my 25.00 I paid which I have to argue with the bank about this. It has been worse experience of my life this place and wish NOBODY else to deal with him due to the fact he's not a REAL doctor in my eyes. He doesn't care about his patients and sees only the cheap money he can get from you and rip off insurances as well. He will be reported to the medical board as soon as I get the forms as well. This is not a nice thing to do to ANYONE regardless of the situation or fact that you did not like my mom claiming what's going on why am I not being treated!!! They are changing offices also come in October as well, and I do not know but they have old equipment they use as well!! He's apparently too stingy to also buy updated equipment for his patients! BEWARE PLEASE!! I will be letting everyone know of this experience as much as possible it was WRONG AND UNCALLED FOR!!!

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist.
