I HAVE TO HONESTLY SAY THAT THERE ARE NO POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PRACTICE LOCATION. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT WERE VERY RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO HELP WITH ANYTHING. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONES. I HAD TO LEAVE 3 MESSAGES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I ARRIVED, I HAD TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY FOR 3 HOURS BEFORE I WAS SEEN BY ONE OF THE DOCTORS, BUT IT WAS NOT THE DOCTOR I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT WITH. THE OFFICE LOOKED VERY OLD AND DISORDERED. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN AN UNDERSERVED CLINIC. MOST OF THE STAFF DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, OR SPOKE IT VERY POORLY. I HAVE ONLY VISITED THIS OFFICE ONCE, AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I WOULD HIGHLY CAUTION ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GENERAL DOCTOR TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
