Unfortunately the staff and Office manager are very unprofessional. Not only will I not go back after being a patient for at least 5 or 6 years, my daughter in law left in the middle of her pregnancy. They tried to charge me a wrongful amount (i checked twice with my insurance) of 103.00 for a follow up to tell me results of something wrong with me. I was told after I requested to speak with the nurse practitioner (not for results) she would not come to the front until I paid. I will not be back and received the results from my Doctor for a $20 co pay. Very mean and unethical! Obviously it is not about the care of the patient or compassion but about MONEY! How much have you handed over? Make sure it is the right amount!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I requested to have Mirena done and I am still waiting for a call back it has been about a month since I requested it. Everytime I call no one answers. Its really frustrated. I was really worried about taking seasonique since I already had cervical cancer and I wanted to change birth control methods. I didn't feel she really cared about how I felt and how I preferred Mirena since seasonique made me gain weight along with other bad side effects.

I saw this doctor when I got pregnant for the first time and she barely gave me any information at all. She truly doesn't care about her patients. You could tell she was just giving me really short answers so she could move on quickly to the next patient. The staff was not friendly at all either and I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. I don't believe people with her personality and demeanor should be practicing medicine. Being a doctor means caring about people and showing compassion, and unfortunately she has neither! If you want to be in good hands, stay away from this office!

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.
