They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
