I had a bad experience with HIbiscus ob/gyn and realized while I was waiting for a full hour that the same thing had happened the last time I was there. I had scheduled the appointment three months in advance, arranged for time off work and then they called the day before to switch the time for the appointment. So, I had to rearrange my whole work schedule again to find coverage for the time I would need for the appointment. Then, I arrived early for the appointment and just sat there while patient after patient, who arrived after me, was called into the the back. I checked with them several times and they said it was any minute. No one apologized at all, so I get the feeling this is just how this office runs. I was very disappointed and will not go back.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
