They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
