Staff member (B) asked me to obtain a u/a sameple and place cup on the counter.After some time I hear screaming who left this nasty sample here?? She comes out in the presence of all the other patients and screams this again.This was followed by her berating me.Then she takes me in the back stops so I stop then she says WELL??? I said Well what? She said are you getting on the scale or what? There is so much more that transpired but my blood pressure was literally through the roof.I asked for someone else to give me my shot and the Midwife(very nice) came in and said next time please be prompt with your appoinment,I informed her I was here 20 mins ealry and she apologized.I was hysterical crying by then and she calmed me.When I left I was so upset and crying.I will not go back there ever again even though the midwife assured me I wouldnt have to deal with B.I called my family members and all will seek other care else where.This was utterly unprofessional, unacceptable behavior and for the office to maintain this type if staff is disgraceful.I am sure nurse B will not meet any repercussions.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

My first visit was with a OB/GYN who was let go. They placed me with a Nurse Practitioner after that who seemed polite but spoke too fast and seemed like she was too busy to listen to me and cut me off before I could finish asking a question. Later I called her assistant to schedule an appointment and she told me the NP does NOT work in the afternoon. She didn't care that I could not make it before then and didn't help me find another solution such as see another doctor. Some other MDs may be better to work with at this practice but my experience was not positive.
