This office is terrible. The doctor was 30 minutes late to the office, leaving me and my son, along with another family, waiting outside for him to show up. Then, he said my son had a heart murmur, which sent us on an hour trip to a Pediatric Cardiologist in Orlando, who said there was nothing wrong with my son, not even a murmur. Then, when we moved, it was difficult to get them to fax my son's records to our new pediatrician. They took over two weeks to get them faxed. I would not recommend this office at all.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I like the personal attention the Doctor provides and the way he communicates with the children.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
