Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I feel like they could've been more patient with the first-time mothers that were visiting. They seemed a little too annoyed to have to answer their questions I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I don't have an issue with the doctor himself, it is the staff that has major issues. My child has severe autism and they tend to have her wait 45 minutes to an hour before the doctor even comes in the room to see her. This is not conducive for a child with any type of disability. We have expressed our concerns about the staff with the doctor, but nothing has changed yet. If it were not for his expertise and the fact that he accepts her Medicaid, we would not attend this location.

Absolutely not. They were extremely annoyed with every first-time mother
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
