They are a very caring staff . Every time I have called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me, and you could tell in their voices that they genuinely care. I'm sure it is because Dr. Larraine is a very nice man, and he treats them the same way they treat me. I was so happy with my appointment! I'll be telling friends and family about this good experience. I've been a patient for many years before Dr Larrain took over this practice from Dr. Ouelette. The office and waiting rooms are neat and clean, and it is a very pleasant environment. I will never go to another doctor!

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This doctor is a very very very good doctor and would recommend him to anytime

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind.
