They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.
