I tried to contacting dental office 6 months even had to send referrals 4 times and they said the still get the referrals I even sent in a pre registration form that when I finally got an appointment they said they did not receive they found it in a draw , I finally got an appointment and 30 days later they have NOT returned my phone call or booked and appointment that the dentist said I needed STAT. The front desk is poor in customer service and would not recommend dealing with this office even though the back of the house is excellent.

I wanted to switch from Western Dental. Lifelong told me they'd start by making an appointment for x-rays. I told them I could bring my current x-rays. I brought them for my first appointment and at the time, about 5 years ago, they told me, sorry, we can't use these x-rays, cause we don't use the modern kind yet. We'll have to reschedule for an x-ray appointment. I am frustrated easily with my disability, The trips and phone calls and dissatisfaction with first dentist and no apology for wasting my time at Lifelong and delaying my treatment did not sit well with me. I realize that my review did not really give their treatment a chance though.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. They made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they took the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else, and I am truly appreciative of the dentist' s dedication to patient care and comfort.
