My last experience at the Fernadina location was horrible. I waited almost an hour after my appointment time before my baby was seen. The nurses were obviously feuding. The head Medical Assistant was very unprofessional. The pediatrician that my child saw wrote his prescription for the wrong thing. When the Pharmacy technician called to inform them of the mistake, nothing was done to rectify the situation.

There drs and assistants are good but they refuse to give up a shot record a year later and still trying to get one now my son has been removed from school and he will have to get shots all over again

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child?
Yes, and my child loves them!
