I'm disappointed that when my child's sick, they usually don't get them in to be seen for at least a week. I don't feel like I can count on them in an emergency. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was disappointed with the way they interacted with my child during appointments. Most of the time they just ignored my child. Thay also doulble with Florida insurance and then they bill you. If you miss an appointment they usually will bill florida insurance
