Dr. Grissett and all his staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommended for patients that are nervous about having dental work done.

Dr. Grissett and his staff were excellent!! Dr. Grissett explained everything to me during the initial visit and before surgery he came in and asked if I had any questions for him. After the surgery, his staff called me a couple of times to make sure that everything was ok. I would highly recommend Dr. Grissett.

The Dr. did not explain that he would put a bone graft in when he extracted the tooth. Also he did not explain this was the accepted procedure. His Nurse/office manager/receptionist tried to apologise and explain why it was to be done. It would have been better if the Dr. had done it the day before when he explained what he was going to do. They also demand all their fee's that the ins. does not cover before the procedure is done.

I knew I would be receiving exceptional care when I saw how new and advanced all of their equipment was there. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered and I was more than impressed with their hospitality and willingness to atten to my every concern or need! The dentist himself however was quite rude and I was very displeased with his remarks and tones towards me before my procedure. He spoke to me in a very unprofessional way, I'm sure this is because I'm only 19 but I am a paying patient like everyone else and a legal adult.
