Great doctor

Poor customer service -- I have called many times to speak with the person who handles the insurance billing. They take my name and number, but never return my call. This was 4 times that I left a message with a live person. Yet they continue to send invoices, and threaten with collection agency. Finally, I just paid the bill and vowed not to use them again

When my other son needed the same procedure, I chose another doctor. The same service was provided at a lower rate, and they recognize discounts from BCBS (my provider), which Zieman & Pfeffle did not recognize according to the statements, but I coudl never verify because they don't return calls....
