Told me to be there between 8and 9 am got there a few minutes after 8 set there for about 2 hours called me back said they were too busy and that I would have to make an appointment would not recommend this place to know one

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. The staff was checking their cell phones and talking to each other. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They wouldn't fix my dentures when they broke, even though they were still under warranty. I spent a large sum of money yet they didn't want to fix what was broken.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Avoid Hopkins!!
