Appointment at 1pm, still not seen as of 3pm. I got up and walked out. Staff is not friendly. This is the 3rd time my visit has gone this way, although was 1st time I just left. Also, place is not very clean. Will find another dentist.

So the oral surgeon there Dr. Bailey is great. The staff not so much...they are overpriced and very rude..no point to make an appointment...my last one was for 9:30 and by 12:00 I was still sitting there without being seen....every time I went in, nobody knew what I was supposed to be having done that day, even though it was discussed at the time I made appointment..the staff is not very friendly and pay more attention to their cell phones and texting than the patients..I WILL NOT be back to that place ever again!
