He was on a pay as you go based on what you make system but continues to bill you years later even though he was paid at time of service. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I almost lost my job. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient. I had to seek another doctor.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
