He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications?
No, not at all
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
