My husband and I were new patients. The girl who answers the phones and greets patients was very rude. She was unprofessional on the phone and so rude to my husband that he left. She would not give me her name and only made excuses for herself when I finally confronted her about it.

The Doctors are GREAT ... unfortunately the receptionist Laurie is not very friendly or helpful ... 3 times I have called and been told "that if I had called earlier she could have helped me" ... like I am supposed to know that prior to calling ??? I am a very busy professional and only have time to call when I am free from job duties to call them ... then I asked if she would pass a message along to the doctor and she told me "ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!" she would not even let the doctor make his own decision as to how important my health problem might be ... I understand screening the doctors calls ... but when the doctor told me on my last visit that I was to contact him if I needed anything she then stepped in and overides what the doctor told me to do ... everyone else in the office is GREAT ... this little lady needs to be a whole lot more user friendly towards the patients !!!

Our Lady of Hope Medical Clinic is staffed by some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Dr. Anselmi is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor who provides excellent care to every member of my family. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, caring doctor of the highest caliber.

I was most impressed with how well Dr. Anselmi took the time to explain everything about the procedure being done. He was very thorough and constantly told me what he was doing and why. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, only if the doctor is delivering a baby and even then only twice in all the years we have been going there. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
