They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Anselmi is a efficient and considerate physician. His military background is obvious in how well his office runs and his affinity for not keeping patients waiting.

I love the fact that Dr. Anselmi seeks the least invasive solution rather than the most dramatic one.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was happy that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I definatly recommend Dr. Anselmi - he cares for our whole family!
I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
