Great staff, very caring. Clean office. When my usual doctor is not available the others will see you, and the PA is also very good.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Dr. Cambier is fantastic, as is most of the staff. I however have decided to switch doctors (heartbreaking) because of a particular nurse that has made my life unbearable. I knew her personally before I was a patient, she does not like me, and makes every effort to deny al my prescription refills, cancel my appointments, lose my chart, whatever she can do to make things inconvenient for me she does it. I have several times voiced my opinion to 2 of the doctors at this practice, and nothing has ever happened. I am still treated poorly by this nurse. I found out that Dr. Hoffman owns this practice and his family and this nurse's family are close friends, guess that explains why they let her get away with this. I am considering a harassment lawsuit based on principle. You can't do this to people and expect to get away with it. I am not a money seeker, in fact, if I do sue, I will donate 100% of the money to Children's Miracle Network. Judy Martinez is the nurse to whom I am referring. Totally unprofessional. Too bad, I really like the doctors there.
