Dr. Steve Novak himself is a good clinical physician. Unfortunately, when Dr. Novak is away, his associate is on duty; the latter is as if from another planet. Regardless of circumstances, expect to wait a long time.

I thought he and staff were great! My son needed a minor urgent surgery and Dr. Novak did it immediately. Yes it did put his appts back an 1hr or more..but his concern was my son..and I have to be grateful he does a triage assessment with his patients..his office staff advised everyone he would be running late.. They were patient with me..I must of went to desk 10x..I was so worried...and the 2nd aftercare apt was very reasonably priced..great Urgent care..I was upset when my girlfriend gossiped Dr. Novak wasn't allowed to practice at hospitals in area..I found out that is completely untrue. I will go to Dr. Novak if I ever need Urgent care again! Oh, and the place was very clean. Including restroom. They could use more magazines..

Dr. Novak is a little impatient with his staff, but considering his workload and a system which is controlled by insurance companies, I was very impressed with is knowledge and his ability to diagnose and get things done. He is a caring doctor. If you can get past the long waits and a little disorganization he is worth waiting to see.

I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

The Dr was very rude to me and to my little girls.I'm surprised that he is able to keep his doors open with his bedside manner. I won't be returning.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
