The experience we had with the girls in the office and Dr Milligan today was exceptional, the bad yelps don't know what their talking about. We believe they should have a Star on the walk of FAME!

My doctor referred me to Dr. Milligan. I looked at the reviews and was hesitant to go. Well, sadly the negative reviews are very true and I will NEVER return or recommend this office.

Others talked about the how bad the customer service is and it really is horrible. You can hear everything that is going on behind that "bullet proof glass" in front of the check-in desk. One patient was upset complaining about something and then after he left, you could loudly hear them talking about him and his situation so that everyone in that large waiting room could hear - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. Let me tell you, if I were that patient, I would have told them off for all to hear.

When I checked in, the woman behind the desk was not friendly and did not smile, say hello or thank you. All of them seem to lack basic communication and customer service skills.

After waiting 30 minutes past my appt. time, I finally got called back. Dr. Milligan came in right away, but literally spent 4 minutes with me. He is nice, but there is something very creepy about him. I was very uncomfortable the entire visit. I also felt he just handed me a poorly copied piece of paper with what he felt was wrong, gave me a couple prescriptions and I was out the door. I feel like he didn't really spend any time really looking at my condition and didn't care to hear any background or anything like that. I guess I didn't have a serious enough skin problem for him to want to spend any time with me.

There are a ton of other dermatology offices here in the desert. I know a lot of them are perhaps more "Hollywood" than this one - in fact that's why I decided to come her because it seemed like an actual dermatology office focused on skin problems and not physical appearance enhancements. Regardless, this is a horrible place and I would find another office.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
