I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
