Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. those front desk hoes can keep going to the gym . they will never loose wait if they eat like pigs . michelle lol

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was very excited to meet Dr. Salimpour based on all of the wonderful reviews, but his front office treated me so horribly I never had the opportunity to meet him myself. I left 3 messages and never got a call back. Finally on my 4th time of calling, someone answered. I began to share with them that My 2 year old came down with a really bad cold and horrible cough the night before. They told me I could walk in before 11 am. I arrived at 10:40am only to walk into an office with at least 40 people in the waiting room. It resembled a free clinic. Not that anything is wrong with that, but this is why I pay a fortune for insurance. To avoid situations like that. I go to check in while holding my very sick toddler and they told me that they have already seen their first 10 walk in's for the day and I was number 11 so they couldn't see me. This is while my daughter was hacking up half her lung in my arms. I asked if they could please make an exception based on her condition and they told me no. I then asked for the urgent care's in the neighborhood and they told me they didn't have a list. They were so unbelievably rude, inconsiderate and incompassionate. I called another doctors office I found on google who gladly gave me the urgent cares within my medical group. It is really a shame because he sounds so wonderful. Only if his front office could be the same. I am going back to my other doctor in Santa Monica. It is a treck but well worth it after that horrible experience!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I love the Doctors here, the problem are the nurses. They are rude if you are not hispanic. Im sorry this had to come down to race, but if this was they other way around then everyone would be upset. My child is half white/hispanic but when I take him in there the nurses say oh ok have a seat, I always ask we have an appt but there are a lot of people here they say no appointements come first there is only one or two in front of you, then I have time and time again seen hispanic women come in speak to them in spanish or sometimes english the nurses act like thier best friends then the nurses take them right to the back. While I sit there for usually half an hour to an hour past my appointment. The doctors are great and really good with my baby, but these nurses have to change or Im going to change doctors.
