They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

Not really

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not really, it wasn't very clean
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, and my child got sick as a result of it!

I was in awe at the level of service I received. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughters well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My kids & I love Dr. Ralph Salimpour....he is such a very good Doctor.
