Test were taken in October and still haven't heard back with my results. After several calls to the office and stopping in and leaving a message re. this matter, still nothing. Very frustrated with office staff not getting back with me.

Have been going here for several years, I have zero complaints. Staff is friendly, Doctor even more. She makes feel very comfortable and she takes the time to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed. Waiting time is not bad at all. Nice clean, waiting area and bathroom. Overall very nice facility.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
