I moved here two years ago from Colorado and needed a family physician to cover my meds. I was referred to this office by a neighbor. I must say that I was sadly disappoined. I brought my ob/gyn records with me but she was not interested in seeing them, said they were to old (maybe 3 yrs). Since I didn't know any other physicians here, I chose to stay with her. I am fairly healthy and have not needed to return to her office but when my meds came up for renewal, it took the office 5 days to notify the pharmacy. I also used to take a cholesterol medication but since it was so expensive and I have been without insurance for the past 3 yrs, my physician in Denver gave me samples. I told Dr. Reyes this but she said nothing. Later I found out that the neighbor who referred me to her was given many samples of the same medication. I am about to turn 65 and have made my Medicare supplement choice. Dr. Reyes is not on my list so I called her office and advised them. I was sent to the general mailbox where I left a message and asked if they wanted me to provide a forwarding address or did they want me to stop and pick up my records that were sent to them by my physician in Denver. It has now been three days and no one has returned my call. I left another message today. When you call the office, there is no option to speak with a staff member unless you want to schedule an appointment.
