They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
