No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
