They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Not at all; cheap and plastic

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. Hoiwever, the waiting times are atrocious and it never changes. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. The care is great but if your time is important to you, be aware they don't care about that.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they never take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. But your wait time is usually 3 hours before you get to see the Dr.
