Got right into my room and he was friendly and took time to talk. Not a fast in an our doctor and he actually sees you and talks to you, not someone else. The office staff is friendly and courteous!

I went in to Ruskin Lines office 6/5/2014 for a skin cancer screening and because there was a spot under my eye that I wanted looked at. Dr Lines found it to be a pre-cancerous spot along with a spot on my arm and froze off the two spots. Unfortunately, by the next day my eye had swollen nearly shut like I was punch in the eye and had to stay home from work for a couple of days. Because I'm a commercial truck driver, I'm required to document any medical procedure that could interfere with my driving. Once the swelling went down, I contact Dr Lines office to get a doctor's note about the treatment I received so I could return to work. After a few back and forth calls, Dr Lines got on the phone and told me he WOULD NOT provide any note and if he had to provide doctors notes for all his patients then thats all he'd be doing. Because of Dr Lines lack of cooperation, I lost additional work and had to schedule another doctor appointment from another doctor just to verify Dr Lines treatment would not interfere with my driving. I will not be returning to Dr Ruskin Lines office in the future.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
