I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Dr. Lines staff were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is very friendly and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

The office was easy enough to find. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
