I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. They didn't help me at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
