I've been going there for years, not sure if it's the remodel or the management or the economy, but it has changed everyone, certainly not the warm feeling as previous years. They rushed me through my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was so overwhelmed & lady in office was interrupting all the staff I had to stop at to schedule other tests. Think that was rude, my time is important and obviously she works there so I think she could've waited & the loud tone she carried was offensive & harsh. Not friendly at all, (I have had my favorites there for years; (Darlene is no longer there-heard that in a negative tone from the "new boss" (good luck to them with her), Michelle was at lunch & Gloria was answering questions the new boss kept asking about how to make an appointment & transfer calls) I didn't feel welcome there as have in the past. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

This was my second visit with this doctor. The staff is great, very friendly! The doctor on the other hand is rude and worthless. Ill never go again! Waiste of my time and money.
