This is my third visit with Dr. Cathcart. This is my first full body exam. By way of background, I am the most stressed medical anxiety patient anyone could imagine. I am sure my doctors hate to see me coming because I am so stressed at being in a medical office. Well, back to my full body exam, it was very complete and everything possible to examine was examined. Very professional. She and her nurse tried to calm me and it certainly helped. She removed about 14 small skin lesions and I never felt a thing. Then she removed two large lesions that were quite deep. Again no pain and those wounds are healing.

After surgery, I returned to work and managed to pull at my groin incision and there was more blood than I have ever seen. I rushed back to the clinic and was immediately seen by Dr. Arrons. She knew exactly what to do and again without pain. She stopped the bleeding and all is well. The front staff and the nurses rushed to help me immediately, without an appointment.

I have never had to wait more than a minute for my appointments, but I always try to have the first morning appointment. The front staff are friendly and most helpful. The nurses there are saints and help this old guy to pry himself off the ceiling and calm down.

I cannot recommend Blue Ridge Dermatology more highly. This may be the first clinic I have ever felt about so positively.

Office is run terribly. Lab results were ignored, I called and emailed and went ignored. Was not able to complete treatment as a result. Terrible experience. Dr Lokitz was not worth seeing. They rush you and have little bedside manner. I had excellent dermatologic care in NY and wish I could still see my old doctors.

I finally found a great dermatoligist at this office HOWEVER!!!!! I am an existing patient with a family history of Melanoma and require appt. more often. Because of this I have to leave the practice an 8 month wait for my 6 month appt is just ridiculous!!!!! how do you wait 8 months for your 6 month appt. It seems that maybe in the offices eyes cosmetic surgery may be more important than cancer prevention. Again I love my DR but the wait is dangerous to my health! They did offer to put me on the cancellation list but I don't feel like I shoudl have to be put on a cancellation list for an appt the Dr. is telling me I need in 6 months!

I didn't have to wait but a few minutes after I arrived for my appointment. The waiting room here is spacious with no overcrowding. Staff members are very polite and courteous. Although this is a very busy medical practice, my appointment times were always made to meet my schedule. This provider has a lot of helpful information available online. An impressive website, easy to use, provides forms that can be filled out before your appointment. You have great online provision in multiple directories.

LATE LATE bad scheduling, NEVER on time, I have waited 1 hour for my last 2 visits. They need to fix this problem. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I will go to another dermatologist in the future, someone that can keep an appointment.
