They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough.. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, because I had clear directions. I'll definitely be going back. Dr Lokitz was accommodating as my insurance was about to lapse which was very nice. She gave me the facts and explained MOHs is the best option. Since I can't get that scheduled she did what she could and asked me to consider contacting a company that might insure me in a cheaper fashion. I think that was nice and I am happy to recommend her.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
