The staff answering the phones are not always pleasant and a bit intimidating. They said a message was left informing the glasses were in the office. We do not have an answering machine therefore do not know where this message was left. We called to follow-up 2 weeks after the initial appointment to find out if the glasses were in and were told they were in. They told us a call/message was left 7 days ago. Perhaps a follow-up phone call could have been made to the customer. We understand things happen however, there are several of us who go to this office and this is not the first time this has happened.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
